Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Executives to join our team in the dynamic world of airfreight logistics. The ideal candidates will excel in building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements, offering personalised airfreight solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely updates, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to enhancing service quality and competitive positioning. Ensure all activities align with company policies, industry regulations, and customer expectations.

- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, with an understanding of global airfreight processes.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
